I only have characters on the xbox that I want to play on PC with the steam release. I went through cross save process, everything authenticated fine, i click the do it button and it tells me cross save is activated but when i click on the check set up button at the end it takes me back to the get started page. I've tried linking and unlinking accounts, tried firefox, chrome, and edge all with the same results. One of my friends tells me he can click on the cross save under his profile and it takes him to the view set up and he can see his characters....i cannot do this, it keeps taking me back to the get started page so I don't know if the cross save was actually activated despite it telling me that it was. Any help or clarification would be very much appreciated, i just want to be ready for the steam launch.
