People when the Drifter says "You got enough to pull a prime evil" for the love of God listen stop trying to get more motes and bank. It's very frustrating when you ignore that, then die and screw the team. It really sucks when you loose because you are greedy and get killed by a PvE creature or a Invader. Bank at 5 or 10. If you have a bounty where you need a 15 do it early on. Again listen to the Drifter. When he says "You got enough to pull a prime evil bank them motes" LISTEN drop everything and BANK!!!

17 RespuestasEditado por nonchalantone: 8/22/2019 9:30:51 PMWhat kills me as well, is when the other team summons a Primeevil.....and someone from my team jumps thru the portal IMMEDIATELY when this happens! And I'm like.....um....the primeevil doesn't even have any damage done to it yet! They just summoned it! Help us bank then do some damage, OR give it a second and then jump through! Or the human vacuum mote cleaner than steals 2 motes that are right in front of you, when you need them for 15! THEN deposits just those 2 motes and jumps their happy ass thru portal! I just caught a case of PTSD just typing this.......

2 Respuestas"Top 10 Gambit player here" and I approve this message! 🤠

3 RespuestasBut I don’t have 15 yet. And 15 is always the best

12 RespuestasI wish destiny would remove gambit and PvP. They’re so broken and trash, and I mean TRASH. Pve is the only thing destiny is good at. Focus on what you’re good at, don’t focus on trash and stupid thinking.

are you ok

Those are the saboteurs I report several times! We had this one guy who had 1 mote, it was all we needed to summon the prime evil early. You know we ended up losing that game because of that bas-tard?
-
I don't mind it if they're just trying to get the next level of blocker (such as being at 3 but trying to get 5). What annoys me more than anything is when nobody helps you kill the blockers, especially in Prime when they're draining your motes and the enemy just keeps sending in more.

Editado por Sinisis: 8/23/2019 10:30:54 PMI was playing Gambit Prime and this one guy was still killing stuff and trying to collect despite already having 15 motes!!! I couldn't believe it! I didn't have a mic so I shot him repeatedly to draw his attention to the fact that he's already at 15! . Granted I got frustrated and kept shooting him after he realized it lol, so he sent me a message saying I should "respect my teammates". Some players don't seem to be listening or paying attention half the time they're playing gambit. Smh.

I play with NPC voices off. Also I go for 15 notes then die, just to speed up the game.

2 RespuestasEditado por HellfireEclipse: 8/23/2019 9:15:56 PMIts faster to looose than to win. Majority just want their armor and engram.

But don't drop the motes...
-
1 RespuestaIt was so bad in a game last night, that the drifter eventually said "STILL no primeveil on the field! " lol.
-
This post is like someone hanging a sign in a bathroom to remind people how to properly flush. Lol

3 RespuestasAlso if there is less than 5 notes needed go a summon there should be a syphon mechanic for if some one is being that -blam!- it feeds the remains notes from that player wasting time to a teammate whose standing at bank

Editado por Corrick II: 8/23/2019 5:46:03 AMOne of the reasons I quit playing Gambit. Most teams I’m on just keep dicking around for whatever reason when we have enough motes to pull a primeval. Like, what the fck are you guys doing? The other reason is whenever we do finally get a primeval we lose to the invader who pops in every ten seconds. Love that invader. Makes the game real fun. I swear Gambit was introduced so some secret team of psychologists can study stress responses in game situations. That’s literally the only reason a bullshit game mode like this should exist.

1 RespuestaBANK THOSE MOTES, IT'S TIME FOR A PRIME EVIL! - Drifter *meanwhile the guy who has the 10 motes we need to summon is still grabbing more motes cause gotta dunk dat big blocker* Hold up lemme get like five more! YOUR ENEMY CALLED UP THEIR PRIME EVIL, THEY KILL IT, THEY WIN! Hold up lemme get just one mo- *dies to a screeb cause everyone is waiting at the bank for him* WHY WAS NO ONE HELPING ME?! ENEMY TEAM PUT THEIR PRIME EVIL ON ICE! - Every time I play Gambit... there's always that one guy...
-
3 RespuestasI was in a Prime match not too long ago, and my teammate and I were waiting on the last guy to bank. He banked, and sure enough we were only at 80 motes. Why? Because the titan on our team had 20 motes and he was invading the enemy team. Sure I was upset, but I sure laughed when he killed all 4 members of the opposing team.
-
1 RespuestaTeammates really are the biggest problem with Gambit for me. Yeah all the catchup stuff is BS, but there's nothing you can do about braindead zombies on your team!
-
Once in a match, me and other 2 guys wait for at least 2 min or more while the last dude was doing his thing collecting motes! Was funny earing drifter saying "bank those motes and summon the primeval" every 10 sec..
-
3 RespuestasHa ha. There is even a medal or achievement for it. I forget which cause i tend to avoid gambit since grinding breakneck.
-
Hang on... I just need 12 more motes and I can bank a large blocker.
-
Yah, I've noticed that problem at times. Can be very trying.
-
This is why I will never play gambit again without a full fireteam. LFG is your friend

4 RespuestasAlmost got the MG quest done...and in Legend rank, things move at a snail's pace...except, stacked-happenings that go against me - every, single, game!? (it seems!)...e.g., 1. One joker in two successive games, remained at the spawn point, firing weapon, reloading, firing weapon, and jumping about non-stop in virtually the same spot. I got the impression that this was an autobot setting - but I don't know. This joker was reported - both times. 2. Mote Thieves - the mind boggles?! 3. Portal Lurkers - ditto 4. Non-Stop Losing Streak - there must be a 'drag' algorithm at work, methinks!? 5. Shielded Captain - this dude, like most others', but more so, evades tracking rockets - Truth / Jotun, with ease and aplomb; zips about the area like no other, is a pain in the a$$ to drop, and, imho, is in need of an 'adjustment' to its limitless powers of survival and destruction. 7. Invincible Invaders - who can survive Truth/Jotun blasts at virtually any range, including up close and personal; they can map me with a single round from the other side of the walls/rocks/obstacles/etc. - especially when my team is trying to down the Prime Weevil. There's more, but anyone who is spending some time in Gambit or Gambit Prime, will know this, and more! As I have mentioned before, in a few posts - it is a rigged game. Maybe that's why that special 'drag' algorithm is in place - just for me! lol Anyhoo, on with the Hush quest... Just my 2d worth. YMMV. Cheers! MDGA
