I am currently unable to purchase tributes for the Tribute Hall. I have two quests related to the Tribute Hall, both of which are visible in the link. Invitation from the Emperor asks me to offer a tribute in the appropriate place, and Golden Hero asks me to put 3 tributes in the Tribute Hall. I see a lit up podium behind the statue where I assume I am supposed to place the first tribute, but I am unable to interact with it and not sure how to progress if I cannot purchase tributes. The message I get when trying to purchase a tribute and the relative pursuits are visible through the link. Any help on how to progress would be appreciated.
