I even hate it when I'm doing well, and this doesn't happen in other multiplayer games. Say for instance overwatch.
I find a lot of it has to do with the chaotic nonsensical nature of how the game flows, and I wonder where that comes from in the dev team. In other words how they let it get like that. A guess is they are playing next to each other communicating constantly to make up for the game's terrible visual and audio communication. That's a big "if" though based on footage of the team every time they are recorded for a vidoc.
So you’re saying that sweating your ass off and getting 25 kills at 3.0 with 6 caps on B while your teammates are all under .50 KDa with 9 or less kills and 0 caps is NOT FUN? Because I’d have to strongly agree with that.

Yeah that's just infuriating, and that sort of thing happens all too often. The amount of times I noticed a teammate round a corner to chase a kill they weren't going to get and then turn into a skull is irritating. Along with seeing the enemy just outperforming a teammate that got a drop on them because said teammate can't perform well enough that they have to be respected in the first place.
