I went to the Spider to get the package for the first part of the quest and it's telling now that I need to buy the Jerky from the Spider but it doesn't have an option. When I first turned in the quest it acted like it was trying to do something then just didn't do it. Tried restarting my game(which had an effect, showed me the black market options for about one second), deleting and reacquiring the quest, and finally restarted my Xbox and nothing is happening. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
