What kind of world are we living in?
It happened in an office building. A disgruntled worker was the suspect, who later died in a shootout with the police.

7 RespuestasDamn :( it breaks my heart when I see posts/news like this. This is one of the main reasons why I'm terrified to go to the states especially with my children.

18 RespuestasThe kind of world where all you can do is offer "thoughts and prayers" and wait till the next mass shooting takes place. No wait, that's not the rest of the world, it's just America. Any civilized country would do something to end stuff like that, but not us. We just have "thoughts and prayers" and the NRA.

3 RespuestasAny time you have one armed person and a whole lot of unarmed ones, there is the risk of something like this happening. And when the armed person/people are agents of the state, the casualties run much higher. Best thing for stopping a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.
What kind of world are we living in?
A fallen world. This world is not your home. You are merely passing through it.
It happened in an office building. A disgruntled worker was the suspect, who later died in a shootout with the police.
So the person chose an evil path...

The solution is to become completely numb. Nothing will be done about this because nothing can be. Someday we will all day and nothing will have mattered.

1 RespuestaThe real sad thing is that these tragedies are just a normal part of life in the States. They have become so common we’ve given up on trying to do something. Nowadays, people don’t even bat an eye. It’s like the old proverb- “If you put a frog in boiling water, he will jump out. But if you put it in lukewarm water and slowly turn it up, it will be cooked.”

1 RespuestaThis is why I don't live in Virginia. There's only been one shooting in the past year in Texas. And that's the state with the most guns!
