It’s kinda brought the community together, there’s been a few toxic posts, but the majority I see are people laughing over their experiences with Trevor (he’s a sexy beast) and their theories about Mithrax. This is the best I’ve ever seen the forums lol. It’s... Really nice to see a united and happy community again. Even if it’s short lived.
‘Twas meant to be a positive post but alas, the D2 community strikes again 🤣
And by saying bungie couldn’t do it, I meant the discussion on the forums. The jokes about Trevor, the discussion about which bit of the mission is their favourite, the fallen fanboys and girls... That’s all by the community, not bungie.

6 RespuestasEditado por TheShadow-cali: 5/10/2019 3:16:18 PMI don't believe most are actually toxic and no one will change my mind on that. There is actually only a hand full on this forum at the moment and that is a fact. (People are allowed to have a different opinion) and as soon as some realize that they don't own this forum or control how people think or, think they know anyone on the forum knowing they have never met anyone the better off this forum will be. Take me for an example, I don't care if I'm called a troll, hatter, toxic or whatever anyone wants to say. I just know for a fact none of that is true so it doesn't bother me one bit so I ignore people that make comments like that. I have a different view on things about this game and company and (I keep it about the game and company when I post anything, not the gamers on here.) Some just like to label others because they don't like what has been said. The thing is, no one has to like what anyone says, but it doesn't give anyone the right to be abusive towards others period. See, it's not about what I say about the game or company, it's how I present myself to anyone on this forum and that only goes for everyone. How you present yourself is how you will be treated, it's simple logic. Edit: To the OP, this is the norm when new content like this is released. It gives the forum a little break which is a good thing as you said. Now, if Bungie can work on some other things that are actually important getting this game to move forward, you will see a lot more of this.

please, for the love of humanity don't take a job where you are responsible for other peoples lives, as you strike me as the type of guy who will leave a bus full of people on a burning bridge because nothing can happen because there is a river duuuuh!. Your Logic = Nerfed. "The Outbreak Prime Quest that Bungie gave us, unified the community, where previously attempts by Bungie on different quests and challenges that they gave us, failed to do so"

1 RespuestaYour post is so ironic, it's funny. So..."Bungie" you know....the ones who CREATED the game and mission itself....has nothing to do with bringing.... Oh forget it..... it even worth typing anything else.....
-
2 Respuestas
I’m calling it, Outbreak Perfected did something bungie couldn’t
Well, considering the quest was created by Bungie I have to disagree with your statement.
-
4 RespuestasYou cant be this stupid. A quest created by Bungie did something Bungie couldn't? What more scary is you have 34 up arrows.
-
I pop in to bnet from time to time, and unsurprisingly even a post that seems like it should be positive is really just an underhanded toxic zing at Bungie. Ah bnet, never changes.

44 RespuestasShould we tell him Bungie made the Outbreak Perfected quest?

Bungie is outbreak perfected. Doesn’t make since. Bungie created all the quest and gun. Thankyou bungie I think you mean.

Editado por Specialist Feature: 5/13/2019 7:45:32 AMYeah let’s not give the devs at Bungie that worked on the mission any credit. Let’s pat ourselves on the back for bothering to play this game because that’s all that matters. Narcissism at its finest. I don’t like siding “against a community” or however you’d like to spin it, but this game isn’t being carried solely on the community. Is the community responsible for its success and the reason it still lives? Definitely. Is the community the only thing doing that? Hell no. It’s a collaborative effort so to speak. The developers, the community, and the other critics.

16 RespuestasI've seen quite a split to be honest. A few solo players have complained that the gun won't be accessible to them, only to be pounced on by the sweaty try hards who need to get everything as soon as its available. I'm a solo player and don't mind not owning every exotic in the game but I have seen some really nasty responses to some posts regarding the quest. If people would offer help to those who need it instead of the usual "git gud" or "it's a multiplayer game scrub" this "community" could finally be heading in a positive direction. Unfortunately, that isn't the case

1 RespuestaSo I am trying to get the Outbreak Perfected quest from the mission My characters are locked out and even joining friends the quest has not popped up for my character. I had have logged out with each character and logged out of destiny all the way still no luck. Any ideas
-
im just tired of grinding for weapons that were already in d1, which will soon get nerf in the future, because as history has showed us any weapon that is good or fun to use will soon get nerfed, like the whisper, and ep protocal shotgun, more power to those that continue on in this game.
-
Yeah right...for those lucky enough to be liked by bungie....none of my characters can get the quest and bungie has ignored me....so bungie doesn't give a rats ass About the people who have purchased their game from the institution of destiny...that's what I see

Are you always this -blam!- or did you wake up extra -blam!- today?

Editado por Lee C Miller: 5/11/2019 6:45:51 PMAs Bungie were the ones to put outbreak perfected back into the game - they’re actually the ones to bring the community back together 🙈

How dumb is this post....

lol what? I guess this will be your little secret. 🤦♀️

1 RespuestaYou do realize disagreeing on what's best for the game is not toxicity. Attempting to insinuate anyone who disagrees with you is toxic is actual toxicity. Shoop far this has gotten players back to 560k. I expect it to peak around 750k this weekend. Then it'll drop again. It's looking like most of opulence is centered on the raid so people who aren't interested won't come back for that, and people will be more interested in playing borderlands 3 in September than a desperate money grab from a two year old game. People are giving feedback because they're concerned. Because this is a combination of situations which could be very damaging to bungie now that they're on their own.

Your experience is actually the minority of what I have seen. If I wasn't able to get even a partial cheese, I would have actually given up on getting this gun.
