yes, you got it correct, it said that i have completed the badge, but i only had 18/25, and i dont have anything on my other characters that i didnt have on my hunter when i redeemed it, and when i got on later today the Black Armory badge and seal were gone? i think bungie took it out because of a bug i dont know. and the problem on my side is that i dont like to have something on my character that i didnt get, im an honest guy, thats why i panicked. and im still freaking out

Normally, the Badge as well as the Seal only show up when you have started the Black Armory Story and that might not be the case for your Warlock? Anyways, you can't really undo the Triumph, so you might want to run the Scan and Repair option just to make sure that everything is fine on your side. If you feel uncomfortable about having a Triumph that you shouldn't have, I'd recommend to try to complete the Badge for real so it actually counts.
