You need a kill to proc the perk, have to be in one shot territory for optimal use and you get about 4 seconds to get a kill or the buff is gone.

Not hard to get the kill..people on these forums expect everything to be handed to them easily on a silver platter Easier to get recluse than Luna's/nf

I’m not talking about how long it takes to get what. Lol Easy to get the kill? Under what circumstances exactly? From the endless possibilities in which an encounter can happen. Theoretically you’d need to be at least a 1.0 kd to use it. If you trade it’s pointless to run.

I know. People will complain. This community is why I only play Destiny to try to get the 1,000 Voices, the Jötunn and whatever new weapon comes out to add to my collection. But this game and the guns just keep changing and introducing new metas. I wish they would make every gun good in their own way like in Destiny 1.
