About removing PvP.
Now, I'm a PvE'er main. I sometimes despise PvP, and I'm not a good PvP'er at most times.
But I say don't remove it. Yes, PvP is the minority of the game(Correct me if I'm wrong, but around 25%-30% of the playerbase main PvP solely)
But don't forget the ones at PvE who go into Crucible to either test it out , or use both modes(PvE and PvP) or let off steam of the repetitive nature PvE can come to those of us who main that side of the game.
It'll cause a domino effect. You'll lose your PvP playerbase, and also the PvE group who play the mode to let off steam. We won 't have anything to do when we're done with our PvE activities, and therefore will get extremely bored, and the game will simply die away from our minds, and we'll end up not even looking at it again.
Yes, I personally despise the mode due to the toxic crowd it can bring. but I'll be lying to myself to say that there is no cool PvP'ers out there. I've currently started grinding out Luna. Despite my skill, and when I got higher into the ranks on competitive, a sort of unspoken rule was written out about not grabbing Heavy, and damn was it fun. Not just the game, but the respect the two teams showed without even talking to eachother.
Over at PvE I never really see that. it's whoever gets it first, similar to what I see in QP.
Removing PvP will affect PvP'ers, and most likely lose them all, and a decent portion of PvE.
And this... 'Darkzone' thing I've been hearing about being implemented into D3 instead of Crucible? That'll just cause more friction between the two communities.. In my eyes anyways.
EDIT: Wow, mostly a civil debate.. ooft.
But to the point I made this post. Bungie being so quiet with us, concerning this topic, especially with 2 of their dev's leaving? Even a 'We cannot comment on this topic at this time' would be good enough for me.

Okay I stand corrected. I was just worried :( You guys can mock me in crucible with my.. uh... what is my KDR again? .80? idk.

If they get rid of it oh well that’s their decision but to make both sides happy all they have to do is separate pvp from pve they both can have their own loot pools that don’t crossover and both have their own experience system. If they can separate the two in halo they can do it here.
