My friend just got banned for 2 months for having a bad connection to the game and rather than having a contact to solve the problem Bungie decides to leave us. What do they think yep good job he will fix his internet in 2 months and come back. I have read other peoples forums on this problem and everybody makes it as if you need to change your internet router, provider, name everything might as well change houses to play d2 right. If anybody has a way to help unban my friend plz let me know if not division 2 looks really good

The rest is just making sure their ISP package allows for more than 1M up and down for the game (per instance), and that the ISP is not having any issues. All of which should have been taken care of during their first 2 week restriction.
