FPS variation like that is pretty normal. If it is hovering around 55-60 but feels like it is 15 fps, then that is what this bug is

Yeah thats the problem. Its always around that area. When I hit the tower it goes like crazy, on one condition. If I look at the zavala area, it drops like crazy, if I look away, it goes back to 60. It always did that since Day 1, but it wasn't that heavy.
