Not gonna lie. This news really got me down in the dumps. It has been the main thing that kept me wanting to stay fresh in this game. I thoroughly enjoyed trials of osiris and even tho trials of the nine didnt have the same allure cuz they decided to go away from elim for whatever reason. I still enjoyed the accomplishment of going flawless time and time again. I had never felt like i was gonna pick up anthem or division or any of these other games but with comp never letting u have the hope of a chill game past 3000 glory. And no real way to easily help the community other than recovs... i may have to look at other avenues for my gaming entertainment and u have no idea how much it pains me to say that. I have not played another game since d1 came out. Sry bungie but this 1 hurt...

3 RespuestasMan I was having a great Valentines Day til I saw this... I appreciate Bungie finally coming out and updating us but man this decision might be the final straw for their pvp community. I now have no reason to continue to work on my game and improve unless the competitive playlist and rewards are revamped which I highly doubt. Bungie’s made a lot of poor choices, but I think this will be the one that pushes me away for good.

1 RespuestaStupid decision on Bungie’s part but I’m not shocked by it. D1 trials was the best, I loved 3v3 elimination.
-
2 RespuestasHonestly I’m soaring. I don’t know what everyone is so down about. One less oppressive game mode in Destiny.
-
1 RespuestaIt won’t be missed.

6 RespuestasTrials in D1 was shite. Got tired of lag switch and Ddos.

Surely they could activate trials from year 1, it’s not even about the loot, I don’t care for that. Destiny is on its arse and they tell us this now so close to some decent games coming out. They must be stupid.

4 RespuestasWhat Bungie arent saying is that they havent figured out how to stop the bottom falling out of Trials playercount, but without selling out what Trials is. Attracting lesser skilled players to a pinnacle PvP activity without ruining it is a tricky problem.

1 RespuestaAgree. I have been busting my ass to get better at pvp in hopes to finally go flawless for the first time in trials. Now, I dont see the point in putting in the work anymore. I really have no reason to continue playing this game. PvE is dry. Crucible is stagnant. Now no trials for the foreseeable future.

1 RespuestaThe sooner Trials dies the better.

1 RespuestaYUP. I’m done it’s why I grind gear and practice. Now this game is pointless for pvp players. It boggles my mind why they would take away an activity right when they fixed the weapon system. Pretty sure all pvp players are gone. Anthem is going to take all the pve players. RIP

2 RespuestasYa me and a bunch of friends don’t see the point anymore, R.I.P. destiny

It's hard to continue to play the crucible with nothing to really work toward. Trials was the saving grace for many of us.
