I got an obsidian accelerator from the begusia forge, it was labeled as consumable and prompted me to press F to "Use" it. I did this and it got deleted, I looked online and it said something about giving it to Ada-1 for the Obsidian radiance, for a quest step or something. I belive this is a reasonably rare item, and so I don't want to spend time grinding for another, just beacuse I deleted my old one by accident.
