Should be like how Wormhusk is for the Hunter. Before, Wormhusk recharged Heath, then it was nerfed. After a kill it starts health regen or grants a small portion of health
How is One Eye granting health, and an Overshield fair!?

To be honest, I think they should just tone up everything else to match the strength of One-Eyed Mask and other OP things in the game. At this point, Bungie threw game balance out the window a long time ago, so might as well just boost everything else to compensate and balance things out. Toning down one or two exotics isn't going to bring game balance back, it will only result in people getting upset when their favourite Exotic or other OP things in the game get nerfed, because Bungie apparently don't know how to balance an item without making it totally useless. :( Also, Titans are sadly without too many decent exotics right now and are outclassed in terms of supers by Spectral Blades, Nova Warp, and to a lesser extent Blade Barrage. Exotics in general, there are far too many of them and most of them are fairly useless or have such a specific niche that they're not worth keeping in your inventory except when that specific niche use presents itself: otherwise, it just takes up inventory space on your character for an item that you can't even use if you're using some other Exotic. But as someone who has OEM and runs a Titan main, I agree that it is an OP Exotic, but it has a lot to do with how a lot of other Exotics are underpowered and not particularly special in any way, or aren't very useful in most situations. If OEM got toned down, I wouldn't be upset, I just don't think it'll solve the current game balance issues that plague this game.

1 RespuestaOne Eyed isn't even that powerful. I swear you guys that always scream "NERF THE ONE EYED MASK" always focus on what it says it does rather than what it actually gives you. The overshield is utter shit. The damage buff is minuscule at best. The tracking doesn't matter if you know how to read the game's radar (yes, I said that) The health regen doesn't matter if you can still get OHK by a shotty or a headshot from a sniper rifle. You can send me your angry replies now.

I think this is the first time I’ve ever agreed with a nerf. Probably the only reason I am is b/c they’re nerfing warlocks and hunters. It made me realize that even if they weren’t nerfing BB and NW, OEM would still imbalance toward titans. The last straw for me was watching a titan win a fight with less than a quarter health left. I start shooting him BEFORE OEM restores him, and then as I’m shooting him with Luna while he’s at a sliver of health, OEM kicks in, restores his shield with overshield and then his health goes up while I’m shooting him. He then kills two of us with damage buffed Luna, and goes on to super everyone else. It’s 10 times worse than OG wormhusk.

2 RespuestasWormhusk almost guarantees a win during 1v1s. OEM buffs you for a few seconds after a 1v1. It’s like you kids refuse to use your brains.

OEM is fine . Wormhusk needs a buff .

left eye or right eye?

2 RespuestasLet's face it, the only people defending this thing are ape titans that use it or hunters that don't care because they had the same thing and their supers are broken rn. Warlocks only have a good super and no exotics to bring them over the top. OEM is broken, plain and simple, it needs a fix asap because every ape titan in comp and quickplay is using it and in comp it is such a crutch, takes no skill to use. If every class had it, everyone would use it because it's utterly broken. Titans already have broken exotics, y'all can't have it all. You all have had your cake and ate it since D1, give it up

18 RespuestasIm a hunter main and oem is perfectly balanced, now wormhusk was overpowered and spectral blades/blade barrage is very overpowered and easy to use. Im a hunter main.
-
And there other classes with exotics that are stupid atm? Come on.
-
*Insert post by someone listing reasons why it's balanced* Ok so why are you using it? 🤔 "I like the play style" isn't a reason.
-
Honestly just give warlocks a good crucible exotic for once
-
Why are most of the top PvPers Hunters? https://destinytracker.com/d2/leaderboards/all/elo Yet let’s cry about a single decent PvP exotic armor piece on a Titan? 😂😂😂😂😂 Silly Hunter

1. One eyed mask requires you to be damaged, only then is it useful. 2. I would be fine with a timer nerf if they keep the potency of the effect. Say longer periods before it can proc again. 3. Should one eyed mask get nerfed, I suggest that some Titan subclasses get buffs (neutral game mostly) because at current, a few of them suck more ass than someone on Tinder or Tumbler. 4. Once you know what a One Eyed mask player does, it can be quite easy to outplay them. Running away isn’t always a cowardly thing. It can be turned into strategy!

1 RespuestaBecause OEM requires a kill to activate and its not as big a buff as everyone whines about. That hunter exotic you just got it for free and were rewarded for running away.

Editado por Lokey0024: 1/20/2019 4:53:36 AMYou forgot that you can 2 tap the follow up fight if you got the kill with Ace of Spades and they have less then 6 or 7 resilience. It's a low duration but it happens enough to be kinda OP considering everything else it does. It adds range to shotguns as well. Only thing I think needs to change is the health replenish, and it might not be intended because it doesn't mention anything about it in the descriptions, and can add up to 199 health instantly AND an overshield. A overshield, like it has, will allow you to get away or stay in the fight, with a dmg buff, that it has.
-
1 RespuestaAm I the only one that doesn't see the appeal of this helmet? Am I missing something?
-
3 RespuestasThe overshield is weak enough to be barely a consideration, the healing is only huge for multikills, seeing as you need to win a gunfight to make it useful, and the tracking and "bonus damage," are nice, but really blah if you've got map awareness that's good enough. You have summoned me.
-
i use both hunter and titan a lot recently and i can honestly say oem is a little strong. the tracking is amazing. the instant overshield will save your life every game you play, at least once per game. imagine you pop your super get 2 kills and your almost dead with half your super left, you get one last kill and then boom instant over shield and health, now you use the rest of your super taking half damage with an overshield. the hunter has nothing on this level. if you combined pre nerf wormhusk with foe-tracer that would be about the same as one eyed mask. (except still a little weaker because you would never have more than your max health like titans get) pretty damn strong.
-
2 RespuestasOEM is the only viable titan exotic for pvp besides skullfort
-
1 RespuestaIt’s super fair, it requires the titan to hunt don’t the enemy to gain a overshield. You should have killed the titan the during your first engagement.
-
It requires a kill where wormhusk activated in ability
-
It's not faaaiiirrr.
-
It really isn't that good. I don't get why people are saying nerf it because it is crap. If it was instant shield when attacking an enemy i would agree but as it is now that you have to look and find the enemy doing to damage it is pretty rubbish
-
4 Respuestasan damge the damage bonus it grands allow all hand cannons to 2 tap, so u just get the bonus on start then its all a snowball from there is uterly op, how is this garbage allowed in a pvp game is beyond my understanding
