I doubt it bungie is lazy. Also that's just a mechanic from a public event from when the game came out over a year ago.

I've determined Bungie's programmers/coders are the lazy ones. It literally feels like no one is actually in the back end who gives a shit. But I like the design and layout for most of the content, but it would be far more enhanced if they could get the backend to pull their foot out of their asses. But we are talking about the same people who left their unused code in the game bogging it down...
