When the characters's emblem slots is full, any newly unlocked emblems don't go to the postmaster and can't be reacquired from the collection even, given if a space is there. I have noticed that the old emblems can be reacquired. It appears that they are bugged. I couldn't reacquire the new emblems account wide. The emblems just don't inform if there is space to reclaim either in opposing to my other emblems
