Most of you already know the frustrations that come with the Bungie Store if you have already made a purchase from them. You find an item you want, add it to your cart and enter your credit card. Bungie happily accepts your card and processes your money, then forgets to send your item to you. I recently purchased the heart pin from the Bungie Store for the emblem (unfortunately the emblem code only comes in the package delivered). Decided to choose USPS 1 Day priority on the shipping so the item would arrive at my address before I leave town for school. Now, looking around on other help forums and Reddit, the actual estimated time for arrival will most likely be 3-5 weeks. What's even better is the shipping method Bungie uses doesn't support tracking. They have a feature on their store that says you can get email and text updates, but they don't do anything.

I've sent an email out to the Bungie Store support team, but based on what others have experienced I probably won't hear back from them til the next month.
If you are interested in an item from the Bungie Store, be ready to wait a long time, and don't expect customer service. They are a game developing company, so they do not focus on apparel and accessory sales.
