How do u get forge exotics?

Is there a quest or is it random?

Only 2 in the game right now. Le monarche has a random chance to drop while forging a powerful frame, and anarchy which can drop from Scourge of past completion.

There are only two exotics currently available. Le Monarque: RNG from forges Anarchy: RNG from Scourge of the Past Jötunn: Unknown Izanagi’s Burden: Unknown (probably from the exotic box quest)
