The question is I guess is do we actually understand how the brays made the exos. Yes we know the brays took human thoughts and brain in robotic body’s, but we haven’t worked it out to a exact science. We don’t no what the brays did to the brain, they could have taken out important neural trans ways and what not from the brain. We don’t know if they just wiped it. So the guardian without the certain parts of there brain isn’t whole. Nothing suggests that the exo brain is just a carbon copy of there original brain and the actual one still is in place in a different body(if the brays didn’t burn the body)
But, if you think about it both ways you could be right.
“Devotion inspires bravery, bravery inspires sacrifice, sacrifice leads to death.”
So yes. A exos old body could be revived. Maybe. A human could be devoted to there families, which are in debt. They could then be brave enough to sign up for the exo program which is a sacrifice they make for there family. Which leads to the death of that body. There can be so many other situations but let’s stick with this one.
The next question could be asked. Does the traveler really want to revive us for our body’s? If the traveler was only interested in our body’s then why do we have personality’s instead of mindless drones. The traveler revived us partly for our consciousness, which is the our awareness of living. It doesn’t need our body’s because we are revived constantly and we are completely destroyed yet new ones are made. If the traveler revives us for our consciousness then why would it revive a brain without a consciousness, instead it would revive its newer body with one. But then again the light works in mysterious ways and we don’t have it down to a exact science so we don’t know.
Now last thing. It is stated in the destiny one lore that the light isn’t just from the traveler, and it surrounds all things (which I believe the traveler isn’t the only source of light but there is no room for opinion in scientific truth. Now if this statement is true would the exos light transfer from its human body to its robotic form? Again we don’t know the answer.
So why did I write this when I don’t know the answer? Well it’s more of a Schrödinger's exo. We don’t know if the original body could be revived or not. But I encourage the out of the box thinking and the constant question asking to find the truth. Good job guardian. I’ll see you in the Stars.

There is nothing organic in an Exo’s body.
