and 100% yes the content is available, will you be at a disadvantage being underleveled, yes, but it is indeed available.
if you don't like it don't play it is viable in this scenario. they have for months stated the direction they are going in is different, gave everyone the heads up beforehand, you made the choice to opt in. if their new direction is not up to your standards why play it? why be a dumbass ill informed fool here crying over things you don't understand thinking it will change? learn, level, and play, or don't.
