So... how exactly did it get nerfed? It says they made it more consistent in both PvP and PvE. I know a buddy of mine always complained he could block all the shots in the world in PvE and get hardly any super back. I know two shotgun shots would fill your super up in PvP. So... how exactly was it nerfed? What it takes 3 shotgun shots now?! LE GASP!
If you're good before an exotic came out, you'll be good without it. If you were good AFTER an exotic came out... that's called a crutch my guy.

But but It wasnt like you ALWAYS had your super back after blocking with Ursa. You had to block AND survive for like 3+ seconds after your Shield super ended. So in reality the way Ursa worked was, pop super then: 1. Go block and get your super back while you did no damage as you were blocking. (you still had to survive at the end to get any energy back) 2. Go around and throw shields, bash ppl focus on kills, then get 0 super energy back. 3. Try to do both point 1 & 2 and make it somehow. (you still had to survive at the end to get any energy back) 4. Run around blocking with 10 resilience, then a hunter casually one hits you in block with blade or one arcstrider swipe. There was never a guaranteed super recharge, you either just blocked the whole way and got your energy back with maybe a kill or two, or you've gone full offensive and get 0 energy back. Most of the time you get rekt by hunter ults or Thunderlord. Hunter ults and the way they get catered to in PVP was/is still a much larger problem in crucible, compared to Ursa, that is owned by a fraction of the population due to nonexistent exotic droprates.

So buff PVE. Acting like humans will play like scorn and shoot forever at you is a stretch.

It now takes all the shots in the world to block in PvP and it won’t even give half of your super back. But shards of galanor gives you almost the whole thing back with the press of a button and that wasn’t touched by bungie.

You need a triple on full heath guardians to get your super back with shards.

You need to get a 4+ piece to get 80% back. And its not instant. If you die, you get no super. It's fine. Annoying, but fine

2 kills can reliably get you 95% back. Generally it varries. 4 kills is garrenteed although 3 will normally do it too and 2 kills you will get anywhere from half to full back.

Stfu if u have no Idea, 2 kills are giving 50% and 3 kills 90%. I use em since weeks so pls just shut it.

Idk what to tell you I've seen a full super from 2 kills multiple times
