Need a refund.
I need a refund for steadfast engram bought due to lag. I Decoded my engram and it purchased an engram.
Why is the decode steadfast engram placed directly over top of the purchase engram? Why is there no confirmation of you taking my real world dollars without my consent?
I would like a refund and I would like to see a confirmation of purchase so that this kind of mistake doesn't happen to other players.

You will not get a refund for a mistake you made. You keep saying in a lot of the responses you won’t play this game anymore. Good riddance. Enjoy playing whatever game you decide to play instead. 👍🏻

You got your steadfast engram and was not happy with the results of the rewards. You then "purchased" another one and once again were not happy with the results. Either way you are -blam!-ed. Enjoy your shaders and bright dust.

Sorry man. I've nearly bought engrams from Tess as well but due to me not paying attention. My problem is that when you click to decrypt an engram it immediately begins buying the eververse engram behind it. It doesn't begin buying once the decrypt screen goes away, but while the decrypt screen is open. If this wasn't the case, then you wouldn't have accidentally purchased that engram.

How do you even buy 1 by accident. Don't you, you know. Have to hold the button down the purchase.if you just clicked on the engram it can't buy 1 due to lack of input

There are two different screens for decoding engrams and buying them. Not to mention the fact that one literally tells you the cost and has a delay when buying them when decoding has no time on it. You won't get a refund because your inability to pay attention to your screen caused the purchase...
