As mentioned in the TWAB today, we are going to be making some feedback threads to help us track the community’s thoughts on the current state of the game, and what direction you want to see it move in. This first one is a wildcard. Tell us… whatever you want. Here are a few prompts, but feel free to write whatever. We will be back soon for some more targeted discussions.

2 RespuestasGreetings To the Makers of Destiny, The first thing I wanted to say thank you for Forsaken. It has issues but you all have been pretty active in fixing them as you see them. Well Mercury is a bit a frustration to have a flashpoint because not much to be called for ie lost sectors, public events etc.. It can be a bit of a drag but I a firm believer never present a issues without a possible resolution. 1. Enable vehicles 2. Enable more public event or a secret lost sector 3. Use the original concept of mercury ie Bring back Simulations or time lapses for past raids. To expand on older raids You could do either a choice of raids or a rotating raid system (vault of glass, taken king, crota) and put the old loot table or change it to match the current system. You could expand mercury to be a lot more than it is and fix a huge mistake from Destiny past. You say your learn from the past and ignoring the past is not the way go about it. You already have to concepts for the past raids and bringing into destiny 2 make since … Additional loot never hurts 😁 Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

4 RespuestasDrop rate of exotics is still messed up. If i spend hours on end leveling up three characters to 600 and keep doing all the stuff each week on each character since it dropped 9 weeks ago I would expect to have more than six forsaken exotics drop. I have about 30+ repeat exotics of ones i have already in my collection. It has gotten to the point that exotics are assumed to be trash repeats and no longer something to get excited about. I have never felt that way about rewards since D1 dropped. It seems you have once again milked the fun and excitement out of the game. Why would you want to do that??? Stupid

1 RespuestaI understand Exotics should be rare but this is just crazy. I've had one Exotic drop since the launch of Forsaken. That's it. I play daily and do all the bs. Fix it.

Something to add. How about an emote that isn't goody? In D1 there was an emote that was an honorable bow. I don't know exactly what it was called but it was dignified and not goofy. A way to greet friends and honor opponents. I'd like to see more of that sort of thing and less goofy dances or ways to insult your opponent.

Forsaken is a big strp into the right direction. I liked that when i entered the dreaming city the first time, the enemies out-leveled me. It made the game more interesting for me. And allowed me to feel the progress in my quest to become more powerful. Same for nightfalls, the shattered throne, etc. Good trade off between gtinding and progress. I also enjoy the ingame permanent triumph section. It gives me goals and challenges beyong running missions, strikes, crucible, etc. What should improve/change: 1. Less rubberband mechanics to help out “less skilled” players in gambit and pvp 2. Make Destiny a less childish. A bit more blood and gore, adult language, etc. would be aporeciated by many ppl. Going on killing sprees to save humanity is a dirty job and should be more visible in terms of blood, language, etc. 3. Solo queues for all game modes (gambit, quick play, comp, etc.) stop forcing us to play against teams 4. Match making for nightfalls, EP, Blind Well 5. Space combat and missions with either our ships or in a suit similar to warframe 6. All missions, strikes, adventures are currently on planets. I think about big space ships, explorable, with the risk to get pulled into space, gravitational changes, running strikes in it, etc.

Bungie please I'm am a huge fan of your games and I love destiny 2 but please my only problem with the game right is the fact that the in-game titles have this rng basis to them where you have to get everything to unlock them. Don't get me wrong I enjoy the grind I really do but for things like the ghost, ship, and sparrow I think it's just unfair to everyone chasing after titles we've grinded so hard to obtain to only have it left up to rng. I for instance have been chasing the cursebreaker title and I finally finished my last 2 eggs last week but I'm missing the ship and sparrow and I have been going for this title for almost 6 weeks now this being the 7th and still not a single sight of the dreaming city ship or sparrow. If possible just add the cosmetics to the blind well completion loot pool and I honestly believe that alot of people would be really grateful for it. Thanks for listening and reading this.

I shouldn't be penalized for this. I will take the loss if someone quits, but two against four off the rip on a demolition is ridiculous. I hope you guys can figure something out. You expect to invest to grind only to be screwed by your flawed system.

Gambit needs to be switched back to quickplay rules and needs to stop being treated as a competitive mode. Just had a game where the entire team left me, and then I get penalized for leaving instead of going 1v4. Re-add join in progress.

Improve spectral blade enemy melee detection. Pretty much a hit and miss right now like I’m swiping at air.

The grind is good. The leveling vs time investment is a good balance. The titles were a great idea, it obvious you took some guidance from blizzard in Forsaken. The decision to stop nerfing for sake of balance is is great.

Forsaken First of all congrats to Bungie on making Destiny great again Thank you. It's a little frustrating that all us destiny hardcore player paid and played D2 for a year just to get it back to D1 lvl. But thanks you for listening and working to make the game great again. Here are my thoughts and opinions on pros & cons since Forsaken. STRIKES PROS New strikes are interesting and visually stunning. CONS Strike specific loot not nightfall but strike. Still no reason to play strikes other then if you want to do the weekly milestones. If you want to lock bungie masterworked versions behind nightfall's & nightfall high scores that fine but regular random rolled drops should fall in strikes as well. Would like to see a little less laziness on the strike specific loot as well should be something to actually do with the boss you just beat in visuals and design, Oh i just beat Grask, the consumed I got a grenade launcher ??:/ at the very least you could have given it a taken effect. vex items make them all Vexy & stuff :). Bring back strike specific armor as well, the Mau'ual's Maulers where great in d1 bring in stuff like that but give them better perks like extra damage against cabal etc. Oh and please get rid of the same subclass requirement to complete weekly strikes HATE this. If you want it in the game fine put it as a weekly clan bounties or something but not something i have to do with bb :/. Better randomization of strikes, with all the strikes in game out of a 3 or 4 strikes session I end up playing the same strike at least once. (strike stuff is my BIGGEST pet pev with d2 or the lack there of) HEROIC STORY MISSIONS CONS Again like the strikes needs better randomization & why don't flash point heroic story's count towards bounties? If you have a bounty that requires you to do heroic story missions any story mission that's heroic should count. GAMBIT PROS Super fun game mode and is a great addition to the game. Can never go wrong with more weapons and armor to chase and the gambit weapons are some of the best in the game. Exotic quests are always good in any game mode. Malfeasance has caused quite a stir with most people whining about not getting it yet. I still don't have it yet either but that's part of the grind. We all wanted a reason to grind and then when we get it people complain about not getting everything in the game right away. Hopefully the bump to spawn rates will make people happy. I just hope you guys don't make it any easier then the bump to the spawn rate you have already done. CONS sleepers but hopefully with changes to ammo and AA that will change. Actually all heavy fusions probably need a little nerf in gambit mode. Most other heavy weapons need some skill to use not so much with heavy fusions. CRUCIBLE PROS & CONS I enjoy playing crucible for the most part, new maps are different and varying and look great as always. would like to see to see D1 maps come back to give us even more variety. Top tier weapons like Luna's howl & Not forgotten seem like great guns. I like that people have to grind and put in effort to gain these weapons. Crucible is one of those modes that is always going to need work it seems like. Some weapons like shot guns are to OP and have to much range. I'm not a developer but i'm sure it must be challenging making weapons that cross over from PVE where everyone wants to feel OP to PVP where weapons should be a little more realistic and skill based. Supers need a little adjustment as well as some are quite a bit more powerful then others. Supers should be able to cancel out another. Hunters could use a little love in the grenade department especially in the solar sub class Maybe beef up the tripmine grenade to trigger sooner with guardians in close proxsimity. striker Titans should be the only sub class with shoulder charge not every sub class. RAID I haven't done a lot of the raid yet but from what I have played and seen it looks well done. I just hope its not a raid where you have to have certain class of guardian with certain sub class and weapons to complete as that really takes away from the fun and replay ability. GENERAL THOUGHTS Nightfall's, Escalation, Blind well would be nice to see match making for and or the ability to take fire teams of 6 into them. (well obviously not teams of 6 into nightfalls) Weapons pool feels thin maybe cause we have no faction or trails, hopefully that will change with black armory. Bring back SRL other game modes are always a good option FACTIONS make them like in D1 where you have a choice with all guardians as to which faction they pledge to instead of having to pledge them all to one faction :/ Hated that. Also would like to see factions being an all the time thing not just for a one week event like iron banner. Obviously these are all my own opinions and not everyone is going to agree with them. All in all i think Forsaken is a really good expansion. I like that things are hard to get and that you actually have to grind for things. I think the things you have done to satisfy the everyone about exotics etc should hopefully be enough. What have you liked most about Destiny 2 post Forsaken? The amount of things to do in the game as well as more ways to get powerful gear. Strike bosses are interesting as well as the strike locations. What would you like to see changed in the future? Shotguns need to changed, PvE they’re fine but for PvP its way to easy to charge someone and kill them at a distance where they shouldn’t kill you. I should be able to kill them with a primary before the even get into range. Telesto needs to be put back into the power slot. Too many casuals running with it in PvP. Auto rifles and scout rifles need a buff to compete with pulse rifles and hand cannons. Remove enhancement cores. They should only be used for masterworks. Gambit needs to be reworked; • Give us other prime evils instead of always taken. • Enemies I feel are a bit powerful e.g. I get hit 1 and lose half my health. • There needs to be an increase in time limit before someone can invade when your team have summoned a prim evil. It feels like as soon as one invader is dealt with another one invades. • Make it slightly easier one the team that is being invaded say once the invaders time is half then the invaded team can see where he is essential forcing the invader to not just sit in the back and use a linear fusion rifle. Bigger crucible maps for 6v6 maybe bring back old destiny 1 maps. Be able to get catalysts from anywhere e.g. be able to get vigilance wing catalyst by completing a public event etc. Keep the haunted forest as a way for us to get season 1-3 gear (weapons, armour, ghosts, shaders and emotes) via the haunted forest. What would you like to see added? • Allow us to re customise our characters. • Allow us to customise sparrows. • Allow us to customise ships. • Make separate nerfs and buffs for PvP and PvE. A nerf that's great for PvP may not be great for PvE for instance the auto rifle nerf that happened making them useless in PvE. • Be able to disable auto aim assist. Tired of enemies I am not aiming at causing my intended target location to change. • Allow trading between friends or clan mates. • Allow for match voting in PvP and strike voting in PVE. • Re rollable armour and weapons this could cost enhancement cores. • Random rolls for planetary vendors armour and weapons. • Allow vendors to rotate weapons and armour once a month e.g. the drifter this month has the class item and pulse rifle then next month it’s the helmet and auto rifle the month after that the pulse rifle with a different roll and boots etc.

Add skirmish selectable playlist for the sweaties to warm up vs stomping people in quicklpay. Keep breakthrough out. Need much more quests like Whisper and Wish Ender. These alternate play spaces specifically for these items are great. RNG items for titles need to go or have a dedicated way to obtain them. The exotic armor pieces that are bugged need to be fixed ASAP.

3 RespuestasI didn’t know what it was that made D2 not feel like Destiny until Forsaken was released. The atmosphere. Exploring a world that you want to get lost in. I really feel that again with the Lore, the characters and most importantly the locations. There’s hidden treasures and an ever evolving world and that’s what it should continue to feel like. The Story The Raid The two new strikes The dungeon And how they all connect was a massive hit, really feels like a world again and I truly hope you recognize that triumph and continue building on that world and lore. Where I feel a little let down is the weapons and mods. I think the new system is much better (aside from needing an economy rebalance) but I still feel like I could bump into another Guardian with the same loadout as me and it really breaks my immersion. I want my guardian to feel unique and I love depth in customization. I realize more customization means more variables, means harder to balance but it’s really important to me and a lot of players to feel like we are unique. Instead of holding the Ace of Spades, Caydes signature handcannon, that embodies his character, I’d like to hold MY hand cannon constructed by me, from parts I have salvaged. I think at the very least you should look into having banshee sell all the basic mods at all times and introduce exotic mods that drastically alter weapons. It would be easy to implement and wouldn’t require much asset creation. Even if a Legendary with an exotic mod [i]became[/i] exotic (so you couldn’t use one alongside an exotic weapon) that would be fine and introduce more variety. Imagine, breaking down a MIDA and getting its Third Eye mod and being able to put it in your weapon. Anyway, more customization and more RPG depth please. Well done with everything.

1 RespuestaForsaken is the best Destiny every made. I especially like the many quests to pursue much improved PVP. I would like to have Cabal, Fallen, Hive, Vex, and Taken characters with their own weapons, armor, and quest lines that I could play with in PVE and PVP. In addition, I hardly ever play the raids because the enemies do essentially the same thing every time so you end up robotically doing the same thing every time to win which is boring. I would like to see a raid option where powerful enemies and bosses in the raids are being controlled by players who would be in their own quests because that would make the raids more interesting. Yeah I know, thats asking for a lot.
