I really don’t understand what you’re trying to get, saying that Ghaul and that are gone despite them not being in the system during the events of D1. And Phobos was” moved” from its natural orbit into a different one by the flayers, don’t think there’s any concern for it coming down

It was a cabal plan in the past to use Phobos as a weapon. They were going for a dinosaur level extinction event towards us by lobbing it at us.

Ghual was the Dominus of the Cabal, he was the leader of his entire people. I'm just saying you'd think they'd drop Phobos after we killed him

He was primed of the red legion under Calus. Primus is roughly equal to a 4 Star general and Dominus was a title he made up once he enacted his coup d etat and exiled Calus.
