Comp Rumble- because yes.
Best way to fix any complaints- add a comp rumble playlist, top half advance, bottom half fall back. Easy. There is every reason to do this.

Half the time you are killing people who are engaging other players, and farming weaker opponents off spawn. You can win the game by going 20 - 19, no way in hell could I ever consider that competitive. Lets be honest here, Bungie should just dole out the Lunas Howl/Not Forgotten to anyone who wants it. I mean, that's what all the bitching is about, isn't it? The vast majority wouldn't even go near comp if it weren't for the guns. They should just dish them out so we can be spared any more of these dumb ideas to dilute the comp playlist. Hell, maybe all the whining about it would just stop, as unlikely as that is.

The top player usually has more kills than the bottom 4 together. The bottom 3 will never play this broken mode again. And this leads to queue times of about 10 minutes (PC). An all this is the result of introducing a non SB matchmaker. Bravo, Bungie!

Weird how everyone loves rumble. To me, it was never fun even in D1. I guess I’m more of a cooperative kind of player in PvP

Solo rumble comp should have its own unique rewards Two tiers, one for getting in top 3, based on total glory point accumulation, and one for number of times you number one in rumble.

14 RespuestasThere should be an alternative weapon Unique to Rumble Comp. Luna’s howl and NF should not be obtainable via Rumble and remain unique to current Comp. That way, players aren’t playing Rumble comp as a way to get the same rewards as those of us who grinded regular comp.

SO.......MUCH.........YES......!!!! I LOVE rumble, much better than shit hole quickplay hoping that your teammates know how to aim and don’t just blindly run around a corner only to get shot gunned as they’re in disbelief. Rumble is about you and only you. No crappy teammates to worry, can’t get carried in rumble, can’t carry someone in rumble. I think competitive rumble would be a great idea. MORE SKILL going 1v1v1v1v1v1 than one person carrying a team of 4. OP gets it. This is what we need. And if people don’t like it, don’t bitch about it just don’t play it.

It would make it worse. all the top players could now play ANY TIME in comp mode and the normal players would get crushed much worse. waaaaaaaaaaay worse. at least you have teamates to distract in comp. I SUCK and quite often i end at the top in comp. in rumble.... against comp players? YOU ARE HIGH if you think thatll help

Why is it not a thing to begin with? I have no idea. You can always get screwed over by laggy players too.

2 RespuestasI've actually suggested the same thing, but with a scaling system that works different. In valor, placing top 3 counts as a win. In comp, it should be the top 2, #1 taking 30 points and #2 taking 15 points. Anything below will lose points in 5 point increments. #3 loses 15 #4 loses 20, #5 loses 25, and #6 loses 30.
