And we never met another six stack. We also only lost twice and 70% of our games were mercy rules. Is that balanced? Nope. We completely annihilated solo players for hours and got bored loading into games that would only take 4 minutes. Food for thought.
Edit: for those wondering, I played both IB and quickplay. I did so in different stacks at different times. My longest quickplay win streak was 22 and my longest IB was over 10 (I think). Since then, I’ve played solo and comp so my past few games are non-representative of the 6 stacking I am referring to.
Edit 2: what do I want? I want matchmaking in quickplay, comp, gambit, and iron banner to slightly prioritize stacks so as to put them against each other. If they can find another stack, they will be placed in the same game. If not, the game will start as usual. This way, stacks will eventually meet some challenge as they continue to play together.

Just add freelance and we good to go

1 RespuestaI was in a 1 stack for about 3 hours. I lost 13 of 15 games in IB. It was glorious.

2 RespuestasHere's an idea, if you want a "challenge," hop out the 6 stack and see how you fare...rocket science.
-
Indeed. The matchmaking needs a fix.
-
Yea if I could not fight 5-6 stacks constantly that would be great

Played six games last night to complete the 15 you need for the prime engram. One win, 5 losses, 3 or 4 of them by mercy all by stacks all though the one win was against a stack.. The worst part is the game gets cut short and it’s harder to complete the bounties for kills , orbs, captures, etc.

There was a Reddit thread, with proof, or bungie forcing teams Vs solos. Even in gambit. Notice very often it'll put 2 x2s in the same gambit team, or 2 x3s in crucible. I think it's an Activision thing. They're clearly targeting playing together = winning, it's bully mentality, it's all over Destiny n it's built into Black Ops 4 too. PvP doesn't feel remotely casual anymore, just constant no-lifes everywhere. Not 1 lobby goes by where there's a 3pnot a 3+ stack, or a bungie bounty emblem, or guys with 2000 flawless wins from Peru. Same in Blops 4, jump shotting Kuwaiti mlg pros in every lobby. Even gambit, 600s in teams with 300 raid clears n 36550000 triumph scores

1 RespuestaYou know what's the funniest thing is? You can have a 6-men team to smash solos in pvp, but you can't have a 6-men pre-made team to do EP or Blind Well
-
2 RespuestasAnd as a solo player, that's why I avoid crucible like the plague.
-
1 RespuestaYou know what? I respect you here. Good post!
-
Bungie needs to address their solo player base directly. Enough is enough.
-
Bungie are a bunch of retards. Everyone remember "Guided Games"? ROFLLMAOBBQ-blam!-T
-
Yes, should let stack face with stack. Give solo player a fun place to play.
-
Any 6 stack I run up against seems to be enjoying the beating they're handing out. Well, except that one a 3 , 2 stack, and myself beat a couple nights ago. I thoroughly enjoyed the hell out of that match.

5 RespuestasI play for fun, win or lose. Its just a game.

Nope wont work

1 RespuestaI often wondered how much fun it could be for the stomping team when every game only lasts a few minutes. I am sure it's fun when there are milestones and loot to chase, but once those run out (and I am sure they do quickly) what would really be the point of counting to play if that's all that happens?
-
10 RespuestasPremade fireteams don’t mean skill, and I don’t want to often face really sweaty teams when I want to play some crucible for fun with friends in qp or IB
-
The title makes it sound like some weird human centipede type thing... glad you managed to get out of that one!! Ps, beware the dogs!!
-
Not even playing with a fireteam saves me from losing Crucible games frequently. I'm THAT bad lol.
-
1 RespuestaLol you actually lost?

It's Bungie. Incompetence and greed are their middle names...

3 RespuestasHas it been considered to start a dual pvp system? When you try to enter a pvp game, you have to choose either solo or team games, or something similar. If you are a solo playing a couple games with a mate, you should not have to play in teams, but more than a team of 3 say, must be in team mode to play. After each game, the teams get broken up and re-match made. Add in a skill level element to the match making process and then see how it works out. I am just spit balling here but a fair game, is a good game. I think most people would agree with that.

This is precisely why I can't bring myself to play PvP and this week I've fallen so out of love with gambit. Fireteams run in groups and team shoot. They communicate. You are very unlikely to beat a half decent team if you run solo. Last night I played a game of iron banner, finished with a 3.0 kda, 24 kills and 6 captures. This was the joint most captures and top 4 kills. Lost the game heavily. In gambit I lose count the amount of times my team gets our primeval much quicker than the enemy team and still lose cos they communicate which adds to go for in order to melt theirs when it arrives. Now this is of course always going to happen every now and again, but lately it's consistently matchmaking me against full fireteams. So I've stopped playing. I'm far more a casual player this last week or so. Shame really. I quite enjoyed D2.
