Horror Story for base game players does not drop at max power level 300. Please fix this
Depending on your expansion the gun drops at max power level but not if you own only the base game.
Currently it drops at your max power level +6
Doesn't feel right for those who never got the expansions. Specially considering you cannot use it for infusion anyway.
