Sneak Bow rn is a throw away perk. It doesn't appear to allow a bow to be held for much longer than usual and increases bow reload speed? Bow reload speed isn't bad at all without any perk, but the perk doesn't activate all that often anyway. Crouching doesn't happen all that often with a bow (at least in pve) because of how long shots take to be made. To improve the perk I would suggest either removing the crouching perk or increasing the effects of the perk.
