Is Bungie slowing down our progression and customization on purpose?
Do you they actually play their game?
Edit : when i say 20 MW cores, mods etc..., i’m talking about all what i have in my inventory right now. Not what i got since Forsaken launch.
Lots of items i can’t infuse or upgrade, lots of weapons i can’t masterwork, i can’t even try different builds just because i can’t find an effing Icarus mod to put on my shotgun or a Parangon mod for my cloak

2 RespuestasI am 600 on all my characters, beat the raid 8 times and have been doing all the milestones since start. 1 Y2 exotic... I am done, this is a waste of my time, I might come back if they fix this stupid ass system so I am no longer just mindlessly repeating the SAME things every week hoping that something COMPLETELY out of my control goes my way. I feel depressed when I am playing this game now, and I don't play games to feel that way. It sucks to lose, and when every single milestone you complete is just another loss for you, the game starts to suck for you.

Zero mods = Bullshit. Gear drops with mods. Dismantle the gear to get that mod instantly. No need to -blam!- about with mod components. If you claim to have zero mods you are a liar dude.

4 RespuestasI’ve got way less than 200 hours played. All three of my characters are well below 560 PL. and I’ve never cleared the Director of milestones. And I’ve got 249 MW cores, and 162 mod components. I’ve had 8 exotic drops three is which are year 2 items. RNG is RNG. Your bad luck is my good luck.

They are definitely throttling your progression. Multiple drops across multiple weeks of the same item. The knockout list is a thing and should have been implemented. Remember them saying Prime Glitchers would be punished??? They are punishing you instead and every glitching scrub out there got away with it because Bungie encourages glitching/cheating/exploiting <---- look at past World's First events for proof. Bungie has no Code and doesn't care 1 damn bit about the "non-streaming" player. You don't advertise for them so get wrecked.

1 RespuestaI have found that the raid has a much higher chance at dropping year 2 exotics. That and gambit is where I’ve gotten most of my year 2 stuff, and I have 5 total. Just got the 6th coyote chest for my hunter last night after beating riven.

4 RespuestasThis is the thing. The grind is so empty that we are not wearing armor we want to wear we are wearing whatever we get to drop. We are not trying out any weapons to see how they do or don't work again due to the lack of any materials. Just an empty grind. Great for the players.

There are more ways than ever to climb up light levels.We're a little over a month into forsaken and theres still plenty of stuff to chase and that feels amazing, yeah i wouldve liked to get a couple more forsaken exotics but im gonna be playing this game for a long time just like all of you kids sitting here complaining about how you couldnt get everything you wanted when you wanted it. Yes i agree the the mod and MW core system need major improvements but you people are going to complain either way if bungie ups the drop rate on exotics, youll just be here "forsaken lasted me a month what a joke"....

Yea the problem is by the time they fix this there will be no content left to actually enjoy the new exotics. If it makes you feel any better I've played a lot and have Zero new exotics. I'm not stressing though Red Dead 2 comes out soon.

Ummmmm play all of the game??? 50 cores from gunsmith and 4 exotics 40 cores from Vance 30 cores from mars I get 1 new exotic drop per week so far

Listing what you have in your inventory is not a fair basis for discussing the progression system and material drop rate. We have no idea what you started with, how many MW cores you bought from Spider, or how willy-nilly you infused gear. Please note I'm not necessarily disagreeing (or agreeing) with your intended message, simply stating that the argument as presented is flawed.

I hope they keep exotics drops at this rate. They do need to fix the chances of getting something you already have and that looks like it's getting fixed. Exotics are supposed to feel rewarding. Remember D2 launch? I think I had every exotic within a week or two. Though back then nothing was "exotic" ... I've had 4 exotics drop since forsaken. Sunshot (already had one), two Trinity Ghouls, and Lord of Wolves. But it's still very exciting to get an exotic drop, no matter what it is. Does anyone know if you can get exotics from opening vanguard or crucible packages??

19 RespuestasFor me anyway I’m fed up with logging on to do boring ass flashpoint etc..... for no progression. I’m not entertained by this game anymore. It needs a smart loot system. Hours poured into the game doing the challenges, most of which I find tedious only to get rewards that are worse than my equipment or only progress an item by 1. I have moved up 3 power levels in 2.5 weeks and I’m ready to quit Destiny. I’m currently sitting on 50,000 plus of bright dust and over 7000 legendary shards with nothing to use them on. I’ve dropped 1 forsaken exotic since launch and I don’t use that gun. I know of several players in my clan who are ready to move on to other games as like me, they don’t find the game fun to play anymore. We all agree that power grind is good but the current loot rewards are terrible considering the hours required to get the rewards.

Me and a friend play D2 together all the time. I play with the 3 characters and have them all around the 565 mark, he runs one at 580. You would think since I play way more than he does I would naturally get more stuff, but I'm ready to throw my controller at the TV at how many exotics and gear he needs on things we do together. Meanwhile, I can't stop getting power weapons over and over again. And even though it's frustrating, I understand it's how it works. And I love the game, but I want that good stuff too. :(

3 RespuestasI do know for a fact you have a better chance of receiving exotics from pve based activities and that's a pretty true statement. I have friends in the clan who only do pve and friends who only do mostly PvP and those who have done pve have gotten loads more exotics than PvP players. I feel like poeple in pve oriented activities are getting more.
