Ok, so I know I'm late for this, but to bad. I've been playing warmind and I knew some stuff about it from the comic. We'll I'm playing and I get the cut scene with Zavala and Ana fighting (with words). Anas all like "Heeeey, lets leave earth and go seek this super powerful AI that can save the world" I can get WHY we need Rasputin and why ana wants it so bad, but I don't get, I don't know? FAKING YOUR FREAKING DEATH!! Just leave the ONE place where we have a chance for survival, why don't ya? Theres other ways to find the Warmind, even if the Vanguard say no. I'm mean, take a lesson from Cayde. He did all sorts of stuff the Vanguard didn't want him to by A. sneaking away or B. Get someone else to do it
I also hate her cus' she's all like "I can, like, totally talk to Rasputin guys...isn't that crazzzy?" I'm like "And while your at it, find a unicorn ok?" and then there's her voice, it sounds like a high-pitched nails on a chalk board. Ok, my rant is done (note so far i'm enjoying warmind)

3 RespuestasShe left to learn about her past, before she was a guardian. Frowned on but she didn't care. I'm not not saying you're wrong just wanted to add that as another reason she faked her death. Also I think it's messed up that Zavala knew where Rasputin was this entire time. I don't trust him now.

And looks like a horse, Want some oats, Ana?

1 RespuestaEven worse than just faking her death. She did it in the middle of one of the most important, epic battles in Destiny history(probably could have lowered our casualties)... Because she was bored?!?!?

2 RespuestasFirst sentence with bad grammar, I said “don’t read the rest”, yet I continued to read. The second sentence, even more bad grammar, so I decided you must be a dip shit, and there was no point reading the rest. There’s this thing called spellchecker. Try it sometime.

3 Respuestas<She's delusional. Rasputin is useless against the big bad anyway.>

I mean technically faking your death could be sneaking away 🤔 I think part of what they were trying to ultimately show is that guardians are not really supposed to dig into their past and being a hunter, and the personality that comes with it, Ana was far to curious to ignore the urge. So she did what she thought was best at the time to fulfill her goals. It was planned out and she seemed to know what she was doing more or less. What felt out of place for me was Zavala's waffling with Rasputin and his sudden concern about him after we spent years not only trying to help him but also find him ourselves. Perhaps a writing oops.
