Right, but it is not a race or people. That's quite literally what I'm trying to say.
Also, might want to reference the Vault of Glass and Vex affecting the timeline a bit more closely.

There might be. The fifth race from the concept art. The Vault of Glass is a dimension of its own like a throneworld. They can alter time there because they [i]own[/i] that space and decide the rules. Just like they can make “real” simulations in the Forest. There is a reason the Gorgons don’t come out of the Vault and erase things. They can’t. Because they don’t have that power outside of the Vault.
