When you have teammates that leave in the middle of a comp match, you shouldn’t lose glory when you lose the match. Kind of a slap in the face for people who stay and don’t back out. Just a thought.

1 RespuestaBungie should make it where the top percentile player on the losing team doesn't rank down. That would give players incentive to stay in games when teammates quit. They'll lose the game, but if they perform better than their teammates, they won't rank down.

I agree it's annoying and it needs a fix luckily I don't work for bungie so I'm not throwing any ideas out there it's their job to do these things. I've been saying for awhile they need to take a page from overwatch comp a few pages actually. If the player base is really too low to create a fair and quality comp experience then that's just sad

1 RespuestaWhat they need to do is actually match players according to their ranks.... It's not happening. Sorry but 2100 shouldn't be able to match or group with 300s.. idgaf what anyone says
-
3 RespuestasThey won’t do this because you could have a friend leave when you are losing so that you won’t lose glory points. If it’s easy to exploit bungie won’t do it.
-
Bump u should earn more glory
-
If you leave, you lose double or triple the amount you would lose otherwise, and the rest of the team loses half the amount if they lose.
-
2 RespuestasBreakthrough. Sucks
-
Losing point in comp make people rage quit
-
6 RespuestasFeel like this could be easily exploited to protect rank.
-
1 RespuestaNope. Too easy to exploit.
-
There is a reason that is the case...
-
2 RespuestasWhat they should do is add a surrender mechanic. It’d work like if 3/4 of your team voted to surrender you’d loose but only loose like half the points

And/or if quitting a match prevented the quitter from earning glory for the day. If quitting occurs again the following day, it's upped to a two day lack of earning glory. If quitting occurs again on the third or fourth day, a full week will be lost. Rapid or sequential quits will be given three gift off earning no glory or valor for a month. That's assuming that no one is ever disconnected without their control, malicious or accidental... If the slot was refilled it wouldn't be so bad. If one could at least rejoin their squad after being ddosed...
