What are you talking about you got it from House of wolves there was a limited-time set of bounties and you had a chance of getting it from one of those currently you can get it from any of the raid chest at a low Drop chance

No, it was from the queens wrath event during vanilla destiny. The event happened before the dark below dlc even came out.

I got it in D1 from House of wolves there is like a one or two week event

Well then I apologize I have the sniper but it's been years so I guess I miss put where you get it from anyways still stands kind of stupid that they have it back it just needs to be one of those special things that stay in D1 kind of like the praetorian foil from VoG
