I get that the game encourages you to do the raid and the well. I get that you should do the end game content to try to raise your level. But why should we try for these powerful engrams if they're going to cap out at 530? I've managed to get 3 534 pieces of gear from Prime engrams. However, the powerful gear only gives me 532. I'm going to make a shift to find a clan so I can do raid stuff. This rant though is just a small bit of frustration this game seems to continue to bring. I get that the game can be easier and more beneficial when playing with a group. But if your Solo cueing in Gambit and if you can't seem to get people together for the raid then you're basically f*****.

Just do all the milestones and the raid I went from 865 on tuesday to 881 in 3 days if you are struggling past 530 you are doing something wrong

1 RespuestaThe dreaming city stuff doesn't give you a big increase? Like ascendant challenge, Petras weeklies, blind well heroics? If not ur bugged. 530s those should all be 5+ over ur power level Js

5 RespuestasThe dumbest thing they did was capping the powerful rewards when you reach a certain level. I mean they want you to play game, but then limit what is worth playing. By the time you reach 560, there is nothing left but shattered throne, (Once every three weeks) heroic blind well, and raid. Even the clan engrams don't work most of the time. So basically it's as bad or worse than pre forsaken. My last three rewards in the dreaming city were all 1 to 3 levels lower than I could use. Even exotic cerberus dropped at the same power level I was. Last week, I got all edge transits. I honestly wished I had prime glitched.

Do the most difficult missions first as they drop the highest possible light items. This isnt explained much but there are different Tiers on “powerful” engrams and the more difficult the activity, the more rewarding. Do the hard ones to get the most increase in light and use the easier ones to level out your character and fill in the lower level items/ weapons to be in line with the rest of your higher gear.
