I thought it was just me. It makes the game almost unplayable for me when trying to patrol. I have the exact same problem as you.

Just can’t believe that with all the complaints that bungie still haven’t done or said a single thing about it. Disappointing really.

But now that they are asking for another grip of cash from me for year 2... I'm not really interested enough with this annoying stutter to invest more money in a sub-par & unsatisfying experience. If they end up not being able/unwilling to fix it, I'm basically done with Destiny 2. Not angry or anything - just done. I sincerely feel bad for people who did already drop nearly $100 into y2 that are getting the bug tho.
