Please tell me I’m at a slow climb 523 now.

Prime engrams are your friend. Try to get the daily fill. Best way is to pop a fireteam medallion and do a few strikes

It’s been the 4th week already

The ascendant milestones give the highest levels. Having more than one character helps as you can do the bounties multiple times. The weekly bounty for spider is a good power drop. Nightfall is a high power drop. Other than that just do daily. That's what I've done. You can also build your crucible and gambit levels. I hope this helps.

9 RespuestasLiterally just playing the game for a few hours a week, pretty simple eh? A concept that is so hard to understand for a good portion of the community. Awful this place is, all the decent posts get buried under the constant crying.

Grind your butt off. Clear all powerful engram activities each week. Collect as many prime engrams as you can each day. For someone who has a full time job & family responsibilities, I've only managed to get to 556 so far. I don't exploit anything, so the grind is real. Back to losing sleep.

Grind out the Powerful Engrams Do your Clan Bounties to 100% Make sure you Clan does a bunch of Bounties Have your Clan do the Milestones so you can get the Crucible, Raid, Nightfall, Gambit engrams Do the Raid if you can Tier 4 aka Heroic Mode of Tier 3 Blind Well Do all the Ascendant Challenges Do all of the Story Challenges in Dreaming City
-
3 characters and prime engrams.
-
Do dreaming city stuff, then nightfall, then the other easy powerful engram things like 3 gambit matches 5 crucible matches. Hope u get some prime engrams in between
-
Well, I've played since last Saturday and I am already 519. 540+ sounds about right for three weeks of playing.
-
Getting all the powerful gear each week
-
540+ ? Dude that is nothing people are already 600 light
-
Editado por CannyJack: 9/26/2018 7:20:19 PMPlay every day for hours, chase prime engrams, and play the percentages: non-dreaming city challenges reward smaller increases than Dreaming City and Nightfall stuff. Do them first, or do the smaller ones if your equipment is pretty widely spread in terms of power level. After that, and hopefully evening out your gear a bit, then do the challenges that have big rewards. And of course, luck. Hope that you don't get 6 pairs of gauntlets from your week's worth of challenges. I just broke 540 yesterday, on one character, after three weeks of playing. I play all three characters; two are 535 and one is 542, but it's actually a bit of a chore to do three. Intentionally so, I suppose.

4 RespuestasSame as what everyone else is saying. Focus on raid, nightfall and dreaming city powerful engrams. They give you the biggest boost. Also, multiple characters helps you leap frog levels too and is critical to help you advance quickly.

2 RespuestasIm 566 and I used 0 exploits and only opened 2 raid chests and killed 2 raid bosses

Editado por jamt1968: 9/26/2018 6:47:20 PMIts an everyday grind my friend. Some of us got to work for living lol! I dont have the time to play that much so I try not to complain about the time it takes to level up. Hell I didnt even start D1 till after 8 months and was like "shit this is a grind from hell" but Ill get there eventually. Another edit: From what I hear having a good daily bounty and weekly bounty strategy is a good way to level up pretty quick.

Weekly and daily. Just got to 540
-
I’m maybe mid-530’s tops with the right gear which is not even my favorite gear.

It will only get slower. You have to do all the weekly milestones, the 1 daily milestone per day, 1 or 2 prime engrams per day, and a little bit of raid and you could be like me who is 562. If you want to be like people that are 600, you need to do that on all 3 characters PLUS more raiding.
-
I can hit 562 with my best gear on. I just play the game. I only run one character so I don't have any strategy about sharing weapons or using two chars of the same class or anything. I just make sure to complete all my daily and weekly challenges (anything with a gold star on the Director). I also grinded IB pretty hard last week and have reset my Valor twice so far. You get powerful drops when resetting your rank. I haven't made it into the raid yet, most of my team waited a few days to see how Forsaken was before jumping in so they are still catching up power level-wise, so you don't need to be raiding to get your power level up. Just complete everything you can, especially activities that will drop +5. Most of the challenges go to +1 once you hit 520 but the Nightfall is +5 until 540 and anything in the Dreaming City is +5 until 560.
-
I'm sitting at 557 haven't played this weekly reset yet and haven't done any of the raid. just playing getting all milestones and powerful gear done each week also play every day to get those prime engram drops.
