So a friend of mine just got Forsaken (destiny 2) never played it before now so his first run at the game. Ive been playing since day one and have patrols available on all 3 of my characters. Obviously the week before D2F launched Cayde-6 was removed from the tower. So we were playing on Nessus last night and I picked up a patrol mission to do while roaming around, completely forgot he has never done a patrol before so was asked how did I do that?! Remembered there was a quest on Earth in the EDZ for the patrol beacons to be unlocked and a kind of tutorial level adventure thing but he had a look on the director and cant find it?? He looked it up online and some places said to speak to Cayde-6 once the "Red War" story is completed to pick up the patrol quests.... So now that Cayde-6 is gone, how do you get the EDZ quest/adventure to introduce patrols in free roam?? Any help is much appreciated Thanks!
