Stuttering is unbearable
On the character screen, the stuttering is unbearable... I'm on an (Intel NUC) 8th Generation i7 with Radeon Vega. All settings at low. I can reproduce at will. Even have a video. I have 32GB RAM, Samsung 970 Pro NVME.
To reproduce, I just go to orbit to any planet, and during the orbit flight, press I to go to character screen, and simply scroll over your items, like guns, arm, etc. It'll stutter *heavily*. I can repro all day long. I have the latest DLCs, of course. Was hoping to build a nice system to play D2, but spending this kind of money for one game that doesn't work correctly, it is rather sad. I've even tried an external eGPU like a Aorus GTX 1080 on Thunderbold 3. No luck. I realize 16 to 4 lanes + overhead, but still... It's not the GPU... It's the game.
CPU is not maxed out, so this is definitely a flaw in the game. Please fix! I think I'm just gonna go back to console. Sigh.
