I feel stuck at 500 Glory, I've won and lost and fluctuated around this many points and I feel close to breaking down and vomiting it's so frustrating. It's annoying because Redrix is in a weapon archetype that i really like to use and I adore the looks of the chunky BR-esque pulse rifles from D1, but I don't think I can keep playing like this for it. I don't even know why I'm making this post on the forums, I haven't posted anything in months, but this may as well be where I vent and reflect.
TBH, I feel like my few friends and I have hated PvP gated items since the Exotic bounties from D1, but this is the first time something feels completely unattainable. I know the 'git gud'ers will have a field day splurging their superiority all over my face and chest with a post like this, but what do I care.
Eh, sorry for this ramble, mostly just venting here to feel better and move on. Mostly a PvE player and I'll go right back to that + Gambit after I earn Redrix or Y2 rolls around, whichever comes first. If I were smart I'd give it up and play something else to avoid burnout.

PvPers need something to chase too y’know. It sucks, but they finally have something to grind for.

It's not. Almost everyone I've talked to with it go back to Antiope, Vigilance Wing, and Graviton Lance.

From what I’ve read and heard from friends, it’s not worth it. There’s already people here calling for a buff because they don’t realize it’s not meant to be a ohk or OP from the first pull of the trigger or even after your 2nd kill. It’s just a legendary.

you are sweating over the claymore, but did you get all trials weapons in d2?

2 RespuestasI would wait till all the tryhards are board with competitive and they all have their weapon, Closer to the end of the season. The one thing I noticed when competitive came out, quickplay was actually fun. A lot less of getting shot through walls, two tapped with weapons that do not two tap, melee fights actually were fights... etc etc... It is no coincidence that all of said issue are in competitive. Just too many try hards with modded controllers and mouse/keyboard users etc PLUS truly talented players... Fast forward to now, quickplay is slowly becoming that hot mess again of which means competitive is falling off per said individuals. Also, use the weekend prime times.. those players are then doing carries and making their money opening the door just a little more for you to climb in points.

Played a couple of matches and dropped competitive completely. Why play? Same as trials you are just fodder for streamers. Don’t play. Let them play each other and let the game mode die like trials.
