15 RespuestasI’m sort of on the fence on this issue. I get that point that people shouldn’t be coerced into a business transaction against their own will. But if the situation were slightly different - if the owners had refused to serve the customers because they were black - I doubt they would be supported by the Supreme Court.

Part of me feels like his morality should have told him to bake the danm cake for them. Most of me agrees that he has the right to refuse service to anyone. If you own your store, you should want peoples business.
