Do you have any phobias?
I have a bit off Claustrophobia so i get super stressed in cramped places idk it always makes me pissed lol.

Remember, if it's not irrational it's not a phobia. There are perfectly good reasons to be afraid of certain things like extreme hights and venomous animals.
