Kim Dotcom criticizes Bungie and Destiny 2
I kind of feel the same. Destiny used to be my favorite game.
I started playing since the PS4 alpha of Destiny 1 and I used to play both games on every platform available.

2 RespuestasDude's right on the money. Bungie really screwed up an amazing franchise. Whilst I'm still optimistic that Bungie can pull D2 out of the fire, it'll more than likely not happen till September's update. Since so many have left and are rightfully upset with Bungie, and have no trust in the company and/or franchise, I don't see that it'll be a save. Just bring back those who held on. Bungie has no one to blame but themselves. They had an amazing thing going and "fixed" something that wasn't broken, and now it's flatlining on the operating table.

I have played with Megaracer before in Destiny 1 and back in the the day on MW3 .... Why would anyone listen to what he says? Lol Seriously

Well Kim is a genius. Way ahead of his time and he kinda owned the FEDs or whoever it was that charged him with the laughable lawsuits they did, to try and get him extradited from NZ. When your mansion gets raided that publicly, and you make the US look that idiotic that NZ refuses to extradite you when it hears both sides, then he could defo fix D2. Kims a sicko, full of himself sure, but you dont achieve what he has in terms of success and wealth without being a genius. Mad people want streamers and youtubers to have an input but dismiss a guy that has built services and encryption from scratch. Guy must have crazy millions...look at the size of him, his breakfast buffet would bankrupt most countries lol

35 RespuestasI saw his tweets. I know he's a genius, but he probably doesn't realize how difficult it is to implement his ideas. Ex-destiny 1 devs have mentioned it took forever to make even tiny changes due to the way the custom game engine was designed, and I assume destiny 2 suffers from the same problem. That's why everything is getting fixed/implemented in the distant future instead of in a reasonable time-frame..

One of may last games playing D1 was a game of rift on cathedral of dusk, on the opposing side was kimdotcom. Those were the days. I think if they actually were to reach out to him ( which they won't ) he would fix this game...has the funds and the passion. They ruined my favourite game also....my fiancée hears about it on a daily basis while i try to fill my downtime in other ways.

8 RespuestasI think he has criminal charges and has been indicted for racketeering and money laundering, so maybe his opinion isn’t the one we should be holding up as a shining light of truth, even if he is technically brilliant and what he is saying is true. That’s what I think.
