It's the day after the introduction of the weapon, relatively few people have it and in PvP, no one has been competing with or against it for very long. Of course it's fun right now. Now... think in 2 or 3 weeks (even 2 or 3 months), more people have it, you've either been dominating with or dominated by this one weapon for an extended amount of time. Is it still fun? Do you still want a weapon that is such an outlier in the terms of TTK? Why wouldn't it be better to bring it in line with other exotics and globally bring down TTK? Why sacrifice any weapon diversity (the little diversity D2 has anyways) just to have a shorter TTK?

I agree with you, but damn it!! We want FUN weapons. [quote]globally bring down TTK? [/quote] I'd LOVE for that to happen. Based on Bungie's vision and their track record, that ain't going to happen. I want the D1 ttk back. PvP was actually FUN in D1 (pre special ammo nerf). But that isn't going to happen. Destiny just isn't the game it used to be, and that's beyond too bad.
