this is 100% mouse hardware related, have not found a fix yet but one interesting fact that anyone can test them self is that when the stutter starts, if you have a xbox one controller hooked up, grab your controller and look around, you will notice it is butter smooth with 0 issue, go back your mouse it stuttery, back to controller butter smooth, so it has to be hardware related ( maybe its console-litus ) i tested this while still in clan so it not clan related, that has to be some other bug maybe a memory leak, this issue seems to be happening to everyone, after playing for about 15 mins or doing a PE even though u have 100 fps looking side to side is a stutter slide show, only fix is to restart destiny , but like i said grab a controller when it happens you will see for your self, this needs to be fixed, as i dont what to play with a controller for the game to be butter smooth
btw my system is a 4670k 4.5 ghz 16gb and a 1080 ti on a 1440p gsync display

I'm having this problem at the moment. Game play is silky smooth with a controller, but gameplay gets very jerky with a mouse. After some time googling it I've found this is a problem with other games as well. Apparently some games don't accept all mouse polling rates. If you have the ability to change your polling rate, try a few different settings. Nonetheless, this needs to be addressed.

using a controller doesnt help, its still as choppy as the mouse. but the thought of it being my mouse is completely possible, its been freezing in other games as well and i have to disconnect the mouse and and connect it again to fix it. i might just need to buy a new one

I play with a controller all the time, never with keyboard and mouse. I don’t actually even have a mouse connected to my PC (just trackpad), and I get the stuttering after a random time period in game. Usually it happens after a public event, but not always, and occasionally it’s started after warping to the traveller.

you problem you may be seeing may be related to the clan bug that happens after playing for awile, the one where describing happens after a few mins of playing

Editado por Tychoid: 11/1/2017 5:00:42 PMExcept people not in clans still get the exact same bug but when being near public events. It is not strictly clan related. More likely related to the multiplayer system in general. Launching the game in a different region worked for me to greatly mitigate the choppiness (its still there, but far slower/less) - but it doesn't/won't for others. Also, while it actually makes the game behave like your computer is having a mouse polling issue, it isn't a mouse problem. Launching the game with a mouse completely disconnected and only using a controller gets the same result. If you're having mouse polling issues, you should post in a different thread.
