Lucky pants buff
Could cha at least make it have a 33% to 50% chance of automatically reloading the handcannon when you switch to it. That way it sounds more like a illegal perk for the crucible ( lore wise ), fit with the luck theme and well make it somewhat viable because handcannons have god awful reload speeds.

1 RespuestaWouldn't mind its intrinsic perk lasting a little longer. Draw my hand cannon and I see the buff on the screen for what feels like less then a second.

How about make the perk count for more than just handcanons seeing as they're a small portion of the weapons and it makes it a shit exotic to a lot of players.
