Frame Rate Drop During Public Events
In Destiny 1, the frame rate would drop (everything seems to go in slow motion) in activities like Prison of Elders where there boss would shoot fire on the ground and you would look through animation and everything would lag. It was annoying but not something you'd experience everywhere.
In Destiny 2, especially in Public Events (something we're all grinding), the frame rate drops dramatically, especially when there are multiple players and multiple supers are being used. Its getting worse and I just wanted share this in case there is something that can be done on your end Bungie, but I'm guessing it really comes down to the limitations of our consoles.

Clearing the cache can help remove any bad data or corrupted files that have been stored in the console's temporary files that may be causing this issue. I can attest to that, I can also attest to the audio getting extremely glitchy, poppy and distorted during such events as well.
