Black Ops and Black Ops 2 are compatible on Xbox one. That alone makes me want to buy an Xbox.

If it's backwards compatible than yes. The disc will work. If it's not then no.

Look at the list of games that are backwards compatible. If you have some games that aren't on that list keep your 360.

Yes and no, first off it depends on the game because only some games are on the backwards compatibility list, if the game you want to play isnt on that list then neither the digital nor physical version can be played on the xbox one. Also any disc game you put in will be downloaded and the disc will essentially act as a key just like any xbox one game (cant play directly off the disc like the 360 can). I am not sure if the xbox downloads the digital version of the game or actually takes the info off the physical disc itself.

You can, but only if the game itself is backwards compatible. Not all games are.
