It's a fucking video game. You don't have to write a 4 page essay explaining why you won't buy it. Just move on with your life.

Here's the thing buddy. Gaming matters to a lot of people, and certain games come along every once in a while. Games that are a ball hair away from perfection, and has the potential to become a game that defines an era. Destiny is that for some folk. But when that gem of perfection is poisoned by corporate greed and is dumbed down to the lowest common denominator. And in part, as a gamer who cares deeply about their game, is treated like a cow. Milked for everything but treated like a -blam!-ing retard in return. As gamers, this hurts big time. Most games I play don't have this effect on me. EA has made some changes to FIFA over the years and I'm not willing to buy another until they change their ways. UFC again had potential but EA stepped in, watered it down and made it a game of eye candy, not gaming pleasure. But hey, both of those examples have similar titles that you can play. But there is nothing else like Destiny. So when we feel our game is being taken away from us, we can't stand it.

No game is perfect. If you want a game that's tailored to your preferences, make your own.

Excellent argument ya balloon

Wish I could say the same about yours.

Just say it🌝

This 100% although I'm gonna have to say I will play because I already paid but probably won't make it much longer after the initial release :( sad about it...

And there's the typical entitled gamer. "Taken away from us." Lol. It wasn't "yours" to begin with. You are paying for something that a company made. Don't like it? Move on to a different product.
Lol. It wasn't "yours" to begin with.
Oh, what were we paying $60 for then? Interesting. I suppose you would say "for the right to play it", right? Well, not really, that would be considered a subscription, though I suppose it's not too far off with the amount of DLC they pile on us, is it? In the end it's not even really about a game, it's about not letting developers get away with whatever they want. You let them trample on you once, and before you know it, you're a tramp.

Lol, I don't feel trampled at all. I enjoyed D1 for what it was regardless of the amount of money I pumped into it. I had a good time and was willing to give Bungie my money for it. Other people did not enjoy D1 and thus feel "robbed". When you order a crappy filet at a restaurant but still eat it, you still have to pay. You didn't have to eat it, but you did.
