It is extremely depressing joining an already started match. You hardly get a super if you joined a new game, and not to mention it puts your team at a disadvantage because that's one less super. Hopefully when the game comes out bungle adds penalties for leaving

Even in the beta I've played a few games that have early on become 3v4 when presumably someone just didn't hit cancel fast enough so bailed out when it started. Bungie should: 1) allow players to indicate maps and game types they don't want to play (because some are going to leave anyway leaving those behind with a dead game) 2) quickly replace people so the game stays viable. 3) give you credit for super charge based on percentage through the game when you join. 4) give you double loot drops, more xp or something for sticking out to the end of a joined in progress game.

Hmm... I've played 20 or so matches and every single one was 2 full teams from the get go.

Hopefully they given the player being thrown into the match a partial super charge (equivalent to the average of their teammates).
